The Fray is a pop rock band from Denver, Colorado.

The band was formed in 2002 by Isaac Slade and Joe King when the two former school friends met up again in a local music store. They soon began regular two-man jam sessions that led to writing songs and devising a style pitched between the arena-friendly style of U2 and the authentic rock of bands like Counting Crows. Rounding out the lineup with two former bandmates of Slade's drummer Ben Wysocki and guitarist Dave Welsh, the Fray began playing shows in the Denver area. Their popularity grew quickly and their first demo recordings became local radio faves and the band was voted Best New Band by Denver's Westword Magazine. This all led to them being signed by Epic Records in 2004. Their debut album, How to Save a Life, was released on September 13, 2005.

Once...
The day begun usual on that day... I woke up I did my morning sport, had my breakfast etc... But I felt myself a little differently, because I had a meeting with my friend, who was my new friend and it was our 3rd meeting... I was just little existed, I left house and went to city (Every summer me and my family go to country, we have house there, it is cool in there in summers when you feel the hottest rays coming from sun and when you want to run somewhere you would not feel it, I find that place very comfortable in that days.). I used some transportations, and was in front of the restaurant, where we decided to meet, she was 10 minutes before me and was waiting for me in the restaurant. I entered, found her, sit in front of her...
We talked, discussed, argued, laughed for an hour... We had some beverages, some pizza... Then she stood up and said:
_I am coming...
She went and when I heard her step-noise I turned back, and I just was shocked! I could not imagine that she was remembering my birthday, I thought she had forgotten long ago, but she had not...
She brought a cake and candles on it in her hand. I puffed off the candles, we ate cake, then I received her present...
That day was 03.09.2005... My 19th birthday, one of the days that I would never forget...
Thanks very much Uka!
P.S. The picture is from that day. We two are in green...

Ey Dost, by Kerim
This is the art of simultaneous poem. The poets write and tell the poem simultaneously. It is one of the oldest art of Azerbaijani folk, and is local culture of Absherone peninsula, but there are some rare examples in Shirvan region... The name of the culture is "Meyxana" which means place of wine, the name comes from the place where this culture formed. Meyxana members get drunk from the effects of poems, and philosophy not from the effects of wine...
As poet says:
Ey könül, bil bize qalmayib qemin qemxanelerin,
Çekmiyek derdini bundan bele divanelerin.
Ehli meyxane olur mest bizim sozumuz ile,
Ehtiyac olmur, içilmir meyi peymaneleri...
